BIO: Leah Wingeart is a clinical psychologist, currently licensed in Nevada, Hawaii, Arizona and Colorado. She has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a Master's of Education degree in School Guidance and Counseling K-12 from Loyola College in Baltimore, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in health psychology from the University of Denver. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland and was inducted into Chi Sigma Iota (honor society) while at Loyola College. Since 1998, she has worked in the mental health field as a school guidance counselor, and then as a clinical psychologist. She served honorably in the U.S. Navy from 2008 to 2015 as a Navy Psychologist and is affiliated currently with the U.S. Naval Reserves. She lives and works both in Henderson, NV and Denver, CO, but works also in Arizona and Hawaii throughout the year.

BIO: Stewart (left) and Shanti (right) are certified therapy dogs who work in the Henderson, NV office.
Stewart is 9-years-old and was found as a stray puppy on the streets of Pensacola, FL. He won first place in his intermediate obedience class in 2013, earned his AKC Good Canine Citizen certificate in 2015, and was certified as a therapy dog in 2015 through Therapy Dogs International. He is one-quarter boxer and one-quarter newfoundland, with a smattering of doberman and greyhound. Stewart is very energetic and loves to bounce around and play. He loves snoring and snuggling with his blankies!
Shanti is 13-years-old and was a rescue from the Retriever Rescue of Colorado. She won third place in her intermediate obedience class in 2013, earned her AKC Good Canine Citizen certificate in 2015, and was certified as a therapy dog in 2015 through Therapy Dogs International. She is one-quarter dalmatian, one-quarter labrador retriever, a bit of chow and...the rest...cuteness. She loves everyone, as well as all types of treats!
